Gardens

From the hotel our beautifully landscaped gardens and paths slope down to the shores of the lake where you can enjoy the tranquil surroundings and take in the breathtaking scenery. Children will love feeding the ducks and swans, who often come right onto the shore to say hello.

Throughout the summer months you can enjoy an al fresco lunch at our Lakeside Tea Garden, which serves a variety of light snacks and refreshments, including home made scones with jam and cream or freshly prepared sandwiches. Guests looking to reach the hotel by boat are welcome to use the hotel's two privately owned jetties, although we do recommend that you call in advance to ensure there is space.
