Sales & Reception Team
We are currently seeking Reception & Reservations team member to join our busy reception and reservations team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an award winning hotel set on the banks of Lake Windermere. Ideally you will have experience working in a similar role but full training will be given. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out, answering telephone calls, taking reservations, daily banking procedures and general reception duties. You will be working as part of our reservations team and ensure that customer service is second to none. Your working pattern will be 5 days out 7. Excellent salary dependent upon experience.

As Duty Manager, you will demonstrate strong leadership and motivational skills and be capable of nurturing, developing and inspiring the team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hotel throughout your shift. You will need to be passionate about consistently achieving a level of service that is second to none and exceeding customers’ expectations through anticipating guest needs, acting upon and following up guest requests. The ideal candidate for this Assistant/Duty Manager role will have previous experience at a Duty Management level and have knowledge of food and beverage and overall hotel operations. Your working pattern will be 5 days out 7. Excellent salary dependent upon experience.
House Keeping Team
We are looking to recruit Housekeeping Assistant’s to join our friendly and team. The role will involve the cleaning and maintaining bedrooms and public areas along with organising the linen deliveries. Experience is not essential as full training will be given. Your working pattern will be 5 days out of 7, however part time positions may be considered. This role will require servicing the rooms, ensuring that customer needs and expectations are exceeded. Hourly rate of pay meets National Minimum Wage. In addition we offer live in accommodation, all meals whilst on duty, uniform, and free use of our indoor swimming pool.
We are currently seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our award winning kitchen brigade. The Chef de Partie that joins our team must have previous experience of working in a professional kitchen, must have a real passion for food, a can do attitude and must be capable of running your own section whilst maintaining a high standard of service. You must ensure excellent food hygiene practices are observed in the entire food chain from storage through to preparation and cooking, and must avoid unnecessary wastage, observe proper portion planning and control and to act in a cost effective, responsible manner. Excellent salary dependent upon experience. In addition we offer live in accommodation, all meals whilst on duty, uniform, and free use of our indoor swimming pool.
We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager with excellent hospitality skills to join our award winning hotel. You’ll need to be highly motivated and dynamic with the ability to work under pressure. You will be responsible for the restaurant and bar; bringing these departments together in order to further increase the guest experience. You will also be required to ensure that the high standards are maintained throughout the food and beverage departments, therefore working closely with our chef ensuring quality, standards and costs are all maintained effectively for both food and beverage operations. This is a senior position and you will need to have the relevant experience to ensure you and your team offer only the highest standard on every level. This is both an interesting and rewarding role where no two days are ever the same. Your working pattern will be 5 days out of 7, covering Duty Manager shifts when needed. This position comes with an excellent salary.
