First Floor: Master Bedroom (Double) with 6ft bed, corner group leather sofa and chair, Large Flat Panel LED 1080p HD TV with FreesatHD giving access to c. 140 channels , I-pod dock, dressing room, walk in closet and en-suite with whirlpool bath, shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom 2 (Double) with 6ft bed, dressing room, I-pod dock, en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin. Bedroom 3 (Double) with 6ft bed, I-pod dock, en-suite shower room, toilet and basin. Bedroom 4 (Double or twin) with 6ft zip and link bed and I-pod dock. Shower Room with toilet and basin.
Ground floor: Open-plan, spacious and superbly equipped Kitchen/Sun room. The Kitchen has many built in appliances including 2 burner gas hob, deep fat fryer, fridge freezer, dish washer, electric oven, also it has a large Aga range, Corian worktops, large island unit, limestone floor, breakfast table with 4 chairs and double patio doors to sun area with loungers and hot tub. The sun room has a 3 piece suite and Large Flat Panel LED 1080p HD TV with FreesatHD giving access to c. 140 channels and a Nintendo Wii. Off the Kitchen is a large dry store larder with an American style fridge freezer and a utility room. Off the entrance hall, there is Dinning Room with table and 8 chairs. Lounge with baby grand piano, 2 three person sofas and sofa chair, log burning fire and Large Flat Panel Plasma Flat Screen TV with a FreesatHD PVR. WC. and access to the garage. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
Spacious terrace with patio furniture has lake views and its own hot tub (seats 6/8). A BBQ area with gas BBQ leads to the patio doors into the kitchen. Sloping garden area surrounds the sides and rear of the property and includes a small cottage garden growing a variety of vegetables (depending upon the time of year), which guests are invited to use. There is ample parking for up to four cars in the driveway to the side.
Finally as guests of High Biggin you can use all the facilities at the hotel at no charge such as the pool, solarium, gardens, jetty etc...
Our aim is to offer a tailor made package to suit our guests needs, want accommodation only - no problem, want accommodation and have dinner at the hotel 3 nights out of 7 - no problem, want accommodation and wish to entertain your guests at the house but don't want to cook - no problem we'll send a chef and waiter up to the house to do it for you! All you have to do is chose the menu.
