Champagne & Strawberries

Nothing says summer like English strawberries; along with the thwack of tennis balls on strings, chilled jugs of Pimm’s and lemonade and unexpected rain showers. Fresh English strawberries are one of the best indicators that summer has finally arrived.
Strawberries are delicious, even in some rather unusual combinations, but our favourite pairing is always with Champagne. So tonight we celebrate the start of the great British summer with an extravaganza of Champagne and strawberries.
On arrival you will be greeted with a glass of champagne and a selection of beautiful handmade canapés. You will then move through to Burlington’s restaurant for a gourmet five course meal, designed around the Champagne and strawberries, with background music from our resident pianist. During dinner you will meet Paul Collins, a Sommelier from our wine merchants, who has specially selected the Champagne for each course of your meal.
This fabulous evening is priced at just £59 per person which includes the food & Champagne and the entertainment.
