At The Beech Hill we want all our guests to feel welcome. We make it a point to offer all of our guests a free room upgrade, subject to availability of course, so you never know - you may be pleasantly surprised on your arrival at the hotel! All of our rates quoted are per room, per night and inclusive of Breakfast and VAT. VAT is charged at a rate of 15%
Stays of 2 nights or more during midweek receive a discount of 10%.
Stay 4 nights and receive the 5th night free.
Early bookers (more than 3 months in advance) receive a further 10% discount.

These are spacious, en-suite rooms with spa bath and stunning Lake views. All have a private terraced area and all offer a feature bed. These rooms also have the usual extras such as hospitality tray, television, hairdryers and direct dial telephones.
Premier Rooms
These are our most luxurious rooms, with quality furnishings such as 4 poster or antique oak king size beds, corner spa baths, walk-in showers, fresh flowers, bath robes and mineral water, as well as the usual extras such as hospitality tray, television, hairdryers and direct dial telephones. All our Premier rooms have spectacular Lake views
Premier Plus Rooms
Our newest rooms are appointed with modern furnishings and king-sized beds. These Rooms, offering stunning lake views from patio doors that open onto decking areas, are en-suite with corner spa baths and separate shower cabinets. All are air-conditioned with plasma screen TVs, fresh flowers, bath robes and mineral water, as well as the usual extras such as hospitality tray, hairdryers and direct dial telephones.
The Wordsworth Suite
This is our newest addition to the hotel. This room boasts a super king-size antique double bed and antique walnut furnishings, plasma screen television and DVD player, private access to the swimming pool, large luxury bathroom with double walk-in shower, patio doors stretching the length of the room with stunning Lake views, garden terrace and out-door hot tub. This suite also has many added extras including bathrobes, mineral water and fresh flowers.

Dinner is available in our award winning Burlington’s restaurant. We offer a choice of two menus. Burlington’s operates a smart casual dress code. Vegetarian guests are well catered for with an entirely separate vegetarian menu.

The special rates advertised on this tariff are subject to suitable availability, however over busy periods accommodation may only be available at a higher rate. Special offers are often available for quiet periods please enquire at the time of booking.
Rates are per room per night and inclusive of traditional Cumbrian breakfast and use of our leisure facilities. Please note due to unresolved maintenance issues we no longer have a sauna.
Reservations may only be made for a minimum of 2 nights over weekends and 3 nights over bank holidays. This may occasionally be waived, please enquire at the time of booking.
Dogs are welcome in the hotel in our Classic rooms and are charged at £7.00 per night, however they are not permitted in the public areas where food is served.
Single occupation of a twin or double room offers a discount of £25.00 per night.
Romantic Break
Enjoy a romantic 2 night stay in a Select double room with lake views from £149 per person, to include full English breakfast each day, Gourmet 5 course dinner on your first evening, Champagne on ice in your room on arrival and tickets for a cruise on Lake Windermere during your stay. Supplements apply to upgrades, single occupancy, weekends and dates between Spring and Autumn.

Fine Dining
Dinner is available in our award winning Burlington’s restaurant. We offer a choice of two menus, either our Classic Menu; a three course menu of traditional fayre at just £29.95 including coffee or our Gourmet Menu; an extensive five course menu of French and English cuisine, using the finest local ingredients, plus coffee at £39.95.
If you would like to book your table in advance, whilst making your reservation, we offer a discount of £5.00 per person.
The Classic Menu will be offered at just £24.95 and The Gourmet Menu at £34.95. The Burlington Restaurant operates a smart casual dress code, preferably no denim. Entertainment is provided on Saturday evenings during summer with our house Jazz Trio.
